Executive Vice President

Role Description This full-time remote Executive Vice President role at Conexión- Grupo Ultra Laboratorios is responsible for providing strategic leadership across the organization, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and operational excellence. The Executive Vice President leads cross-functional teams, oversees key business units, and drives initiatives related to growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This role includes developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets and performance metrics, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. The Executive Vice President collaborates closely with senior leaders, builds strong internal and external relationships, and ensures compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities also include mentoring leaders, optimizing processes, managing risk, and representing the organization in high-level meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated executive leadership experience overseeing multiple business functions and leading senior-level teams in complex organizations. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive organizational growth, and manage change effectively. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and resource allocation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures. Experience working in or with the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sectors is highly beneficial. Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment, managing distributed teams and leveraging digital collaboration tools. Track record of fostering an inclusive, ethical, and high-performance work culture that supports professional development. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
