Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure teams are working toward company objectives. Develop and improve operational processes to support efficiency and long term growth. Work closely with executive leadership on business planning, operational strategy, and organizational priorities. Lead department heads and support effective communication across business functions. Establish performance goals and monitor operational results. Manage resources, budgets, and operational planning to support business needs. Identify operational risks and develop practical solutions. Support the development of internal policies, reporting procedures, and management practices. Build a strong leadership team and encourage accountability across departments. Evaluate business performance and recommend improvements that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in operations, business management, or organizational leadership. Significant experience managing teams, departments, or business units. Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, strategic planning, and performance management. Proven ability to improve internal processes and manage organizational change. Experience working with senior executives and making high level business decisions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
