Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance. Establish operational procedures, performance standards, and measurable business objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and business expansion. Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements to support scalable operations. Lead cross-functional teams and strengthen collaboration across departments. Monitor key performance indicators, identify operational challenges, and recommend corrective actions. Oversee operational risk management and support business continuity planning. Manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities in collaboration with relevant department leaders. Provide regular updates on operational performance and strategic initiatives to the CEO and executive team. Qualifications15+ years of professional experience in business operations, general management, or executive leadership. Demonstrated success leading operational functions and implementing business improvement strategies. Strong knowledge of operational planning, resource management, and performance measurement. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex business initiatives. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to translate corporate strategy into practical operating plans and measurable outcomes. Strong organizational judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a changing business environment.
