About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to lead corporate strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and support long-term business planning. This role works closely with executive leadership to assess market trends, improve business performance, and align company initiatives with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plans. Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. Identify potential growth areas, partnerships, and expansion strategies. Work with senior leaders to establish business priorities and performance goals. Evaluate strategic initiatives and monitor results. Support major business decisions through financial and market analysis. Present strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business management, or consulting. Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Excellent executive communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Experience in business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, or market expansion.
