About the Opportunity: The Cloud Data Conversion Sr. Developer leads technical efforts to migrate complex legacy data into Oracle Cloud ERP. This role is pivotal in designing and executing data conversion strategies, ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support a successful platform transition. 3. Responsibilities: Lead technical design of data conversion strategies and create source-to-target mapping for complex data. Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes for data transformation. Manage execution of data load cycles including mock runs, rehearsals, and production cutover. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks during conversion. Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to establish best practices. Collaborate with functional leads, analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements and support cleansing. 4. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in data conversion/migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, or HCM). Expert proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data tasks. Proven leadership in technical data conversion across project lifecycles. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud data loading tools, including FBDI and HDL. Strong understanding of ETL principles and the data migration lifecycle. U.S. Citizenship is required. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for specified states and cities is $86,400—$176,200 USD.
