Commercial Lines Account Assistant Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Assistant Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting a Account Managers by handling general servicing tasks for a variety of accounts, with premiums up to $250,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support. This is a remote-friendly position.

Compensation

Package Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Work Environment : Remote work flexibility Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive support to 2-3 Account Managers in managing commercial lines accounts. - Handle general servicing tasks, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy endorsements, and renewals. - Assist in quoting new and renewal business. - Utilize EPIC software to manage and maintain accurate account records. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a focus on general servicing in commercial lines insurance. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software preferred. Preferred Background : Experience in an agency setting is highly desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication with the team. #LI-JN4
