Contract Remote - Brand Talent Manager- An Influencer Influencer? 65hr

Contract 3 months REMOTE 40hrs per week M-F Pay $65hr Are you locked in with Social Media, Influencers, Branding and Marketing? We are searching for an experience Brand Talent Manager to join our client on a contract basis for this fully REMOTE position. Primary focus: Research, recruit, activate, and deepen relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creators. This includes discovery for proactive work and relationship building for potential partnership opportunities. This also includes helping lead experimentation strategy and workflow. Secondary focus: Identify, convert, and operationalize customer stories that amplify influencer campaigns. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years managing influencer/talent programs (tech or SaaS preferred). Proven ability to research, recruit, and activate influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, X, and emerging platforms. Strong analytics background – build KPI dashboards, measure organic + paid impact, and turn data into strategy. Can interpret talent metrics post campaign and implement in a report. Proficiency with AI-enabled research & analytics tools (NLP sentiment, audience-look-alike modeling, content-generation assistants). Able to identify trends and activate around that . Experience coordinating contracts and legal review with Business ASairs or external counsel. Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder projects with senior leaders (Sr. Manager, Director) and external agencies. Excellent written & verbal communication; adept at crafting briefs, delivering performance reports, and presenting insights. Self-motivated, persistent “hunter” mindset; able to work independently in a fully remote environment. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Creative advertising ag programs . Experience working in Influencer Marketing self-service tools (i.e. Aspire, Upfluence, etc.) Track record in customer-centric storytelling (case studies, brand documentaries). Familiarity with contract negotiation, compliance, and agency relationship management.
