Data Architect 360 Level 1

Data 360 Architect – Customer Data Platform (CDP) Location: Remote We are seeking an experienced Data 360 Architect to design and lead the enterprise customer data architecture, integrating multiple data sources into a unified, governed customer profile. This role will enable real-time analytics, personalization, marketing activation, and AI-powered applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise data models, data relationships, and integration standards. Architect data ingestion and identity resolution across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other enterprise systems. Enable unified customer profiles, real-time insights, segmentation, and data activation. Establish data quality, governance, privacy, and consent standards. Design scalable integrations across data warehouses, CDPs, and downstream platforms. Define reference architectures and drive platform consolidation. Support AI agent development through trusted data access, retrieval patterns, and guardrails. Monitor data quality, pipeline performance, platform consumption, and operational costs. Required Qualifications 1- 3 years in data architecture, marketing technology, or revenue systems Experience in data architecture, marketing technology, or revenue systems, including 3+ years architecting a CDP in a production enterprise environment. Proven ownership of enterprise data models and identity resolution. Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or equivalent platforms. Working knowledge of the GTM stack: CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, sales engagement, and ad platform integration. Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, data privacy, and consent management. Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
