Director of Client Services
Role Description The Director of Client Services is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all aspects of client relationships and service delivery. This role manages client onboarding, ongoing communication, and issue resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. The Director will lead and mentor a client services team, establish service standards, and implement processes that improve responsiveness and quality of support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs and performance data, coordinating with operations and production teams, developing client service strategies, and preparing reports on client health and service metrics. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings, supporting key account growth, and representing client interests within cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
Client-facing expertise, including strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage and grow strategic relationships. Customer-focused mindset, with experience driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor service performance, and produce actionable insights for continuous improvement. Team Management experience, including leading remote teams, setting goals, coaching, and performance management. Proven experience in a client services, account management, or customer success leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or healthcare-related sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple clients and priorities in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, service management platforms, and basic supply chain or production workflows. Demonstrated commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in client service processes.
