Director of HR Business Partner
Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the full-time remote Director of HR Business Partner will align talent strategies with business objectives within Amgen's Finance organization, driving organizational effectiveness and culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and workforce plans Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance effectiveness and employee experience Drive talent development processes, including succession planning and leadership development, to strengthen organizational readiness Required Qualifications Doctorate degree and 4 years, Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Human Resources experience 10+ years of experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced, technical, or pharmaceutical environment 3+ years of HRBP experience at the Director level, supporting Finance or corporate functions Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business outcomes Experience utilizing talent analytics and workforce data to influence decision-making Experience: 10 years required
