Vice President of Growth

Leading high-priority new business pursuits, the full-time hybrid Vice President of Growth will partner with agency leadership to develop winning strategies, craft compelling pitch narratives, and enhance overall pitch experiences across multiple agencies. Key responsibilities Partner with the Head of Growth to determine strategies for winning key opportunities and lead senior pitch teams through critical decisions Architect persuasive pitch narratives that simplify complex strategies and ensure memorable client experiences Build strong relationships with senior leadership while continuously improving pitch processes and outcomes Required qualifications 8+ years of agency experience in new business, growth, strategy, or account leadership within healthcare marketing Proven track record of leading complex pitches and RFPs for large integrated or multi-agency opportunities Exceptional strategic storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Strong understanding of client business dynamics and competitive landscapes Experience motivating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Experience: 10 years required
