Solutions Consultant

To support a growing SaaS organization, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will guide customers through the evaluation and implementation of Caseware products, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America. Key responsibilities Partner with Account Managers to assist prospects and customers in evaluating and planning the implementation of Caseware products Lead evaluation activities, including presentations and trials, while coordinating with technical experts as needed Act as a liaison between customers and Product teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product development Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Audit, Assurance, Review, or Compilation engagements, or in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company serving the Accounting Profession Strong understanding of AI-powered accounting solutions and their application in modern workflows Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret stakeholder needs Proven organizational skills with experience managing multiple deliverables and tasks Resourceful self-starter with a strong interest in technology within the audit and accountancy sector Experience: 2 years required
