Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting and executing the product vision and strategy across Gateway Colocation’s real estate and related service offerings. This position oversees the product lifecycle from discovery and market analysis through launch and optimization, ensuring products align with business goals and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as operations, sales, marketing, and technology), and managing product performance metrics. The director will lead product managers and other contributors, guide decision-making through data and insights, and coordinate key initiatives and projects to drive growth and operational efficiency. Regular communication with senior leadership is required to present product plans, progress, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong product leadership skills, including Product Strategy and Product Management experience. Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, conduct market assessments, and support evidence-based decisions. Proven Team Leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, organize, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
