Director of Public Relations

To support a growing organization, the remote, full-time Director of Public Relations will define and execute an integrated communications strategy, manage external communications, and lead media relations efforts to enhance the company's brand and market presence in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with company growth objectives Lead external communications programs and manage earned media strategies to enhance brand visibility Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with company strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field 8 to 12+ years of experience in public relations and communications within healthcare or healthcare technology Proven experience in developing integrated communications strategies in a B2B environment Strong media relations background with a track record of securing earned media coverage Experience managing crisis communications and advising senior executives Experience: 10 years required
