This is a remote position based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones, with extensive travel (2–4+ times per month) to dealership locations across the United States. Candidates residing in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones are preferred to ensure optimal coverage during in‑person visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Design & Delivery: Create engaging, high‑impact training materials—including webinars, workshops, e‑learning modules, and on‑the‑job coaching sessions—to educate dealership staff on the full suite of brighthush products.

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Learning & Development, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to curate and refine training assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Feedback Loop: Capture and analyze customer feedback, questions, and pain points during training sessions, and relay insights to product and marketing teams to refine messaging and user experience.
- Resource Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of resources—presentations, user guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and best‑practice playbooks—to support customers throughout their journey.
- Travel & On‑Site Support: Conduct multi‑day, extended training trips to dealership locations, delivering in‑person workshops and hands‑on demonstrations while maintaining a professional, resilient demeanor in challenging environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities—able to “figure it out” when plans evolve.
- Resilience and composure when engaging with difficult personalities and skeptical dealership stakeholders, both in‑person and virtually.
- Balanced work style: capable of owning individual projects independently while effectively sharing findings and learnings with the broader team.
- Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, perform extensive computer work, and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality from a home office.
