ED Formulation Medical Reviewer We need a board-certified urologist or sexual-medicine physician to give one compounded sublingual ED troche formulation an independent expert review before it reaches patients. A short engagement with a clear deliverable: tell us whether the dosing is clinically sound, where the safety and interaction risks sit, and who should be screened out — so a US men’s-health telehealth program launches on solid clinical ground. You give an independent expert review of a single compounded sublingual ED troche formulation for a US men’s-health telehealth program, judge it on its clinical merits, and deliver a brief written assessment plus one short call to discuss your findings. Terms are discussed directly with the selected candidate. An NDA is required before any formulation details are shared. Once it is signed, we aim to have your written review back within 5–7 business days. What the review covers Dosing. Are the proposed strengths clinically sound? Safety. Drug interactions and contraindications. Patient exclusions. Intake and screening criteria, with particular attention to men 55 and older. Formulation soundness. Your overall clinical judgment on the formulation as proposed. Deliverables & timing A brief written review with clear recommendations. One short call to discuss the findings. Start: as soon as possible, ideally next week. Turnaround: review delivered within 5–7 business days of signing the NDA. Who we are looking for Board-certified urologist or sexual-medicine physician (MD/DO) with an active US medical license. Hands-on experience prescribing PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil) for ED. Experience with compounded medications, 503A pharmacies or telehealth men’s-health programs — strongly preferred. Comfort giving a clear, defensible written clinical opinion on a tight timeline. A plus: ISSM or SMSNA membership.
