Role Description The Email Support Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing timely, accurate, and courteous support to customers via email. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries about eco-friendly garden products, assisting with orders, returns, and basic troubleshooting, and guiding customers on product use in line with organic gardening principles. The representative will document interactions, follow established workflows and support guidelines, escalate complex issues when needed, and contribute to improving support templates and FAQs. This role works closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure consistent, high-quality email support and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Support skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction. Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including the ability to understand and explain product-related issues clearly. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, especially clear, concise, and professional writing for email interactions. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements. Previous experience in email-based customer service or help desk support is preferred. Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and good time management and organization skills. Interest in eco-friendly or organic gardening products is beneficial; prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or gardening is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
