We are open to two profiles: A mid-level attorney, minimum of 5 years’ experience, ready to take ownership of employment litigation matters, support our full employment and labor law practice, and grow with a national practice. A more experienced attorney with a portable book of business who wants an innovative platform built to support it and ready to take the first chair on employment litigation cases. The role: This position is full-time, fully remote, with competitive compensation and benefits. We reward business generation day one. The ideal candidate: Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Admission to other New England states is a strong plus. Substantive employment law and employment litigation experience are essential. Comfortable working independently and directly with clients.
