We’re looking for a dynamic, travel‑enthusiastic Entry‑Level Customer Training Specialist to join our Training Department. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our technology and the people who use it every day—dealership managers, sales teams, and service staff. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love traveling, and enjoy turning complex concepts into clear, actionable knowledge, you’ll fit right in.

Why Travel with brighthush?

80% on the road means you’ll experience the automotive industry firsthand, visiting dealerships across the country. You’ll work side‑by‑side with dealership leadership to understand their unique challenges, customize our platform, and deliver hands‑on training that drives adoption. When you’re not on a client site, you’ll support existing customers from your home office, ensuring they continue to get value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to dealership locations (approximately 80% of the time) to install, configure, and optimize brighthush software.
  • Conduct needs assessments with dealership management, gathering requirements and aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Design and deliver customized training sessions for key dealership personnel, covering sales, service, and back‑office operations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Implementation, Support) to ensure seamless hand‑off and ongoing customer success.
  • Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting follow‑up sessions to reinforce learning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training materials, session notes, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in a structured 2‑3 month training program that includes classroom instruction, on‑the‑job mentorship, and real‑world deployment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from the field and suggesting enhancements to training content and delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for customer service and education.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years).
  • Reliable home internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing and remote collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the time) and work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry, dealership operations, or a related field.
  • Prior training or instructional design experience, especially in a technical context.
  • Familiarity with CRM or dealership management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt training materials to diverse learning styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and learning management systems.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Customer‑centric mindset: always looking for ways to add value and exceed expectations.
  • Problem‑solving: quickly diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Time management: juggle multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines.
  • Team collaboration: work seamlessly with sales, implementation, and support teams.
  • Adaptability: thrive in dynamic environments and adjust to changing client needs.
