Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Solutions Analyst - FQHC (13 Openings) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Initial 4-Month Contract-to-Hire. The intent is to convert successful candidates to full-time employment; however, contracts may be extended based on business needs, performance, and hiring timelines. Conversion after 4 months: Vaccination / Background Check / Drug Test: Background check required. Standard onboarding requirements apply. Remote / On-Site Requirement / Travel %: 100% Remote. Potential travel up to 25% if needed, although this role is expected to be primarily remote. Required Skills: Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification Active Epic PB Claims Certification Let's start with both, but if they only have one, I am open to sending. Strong FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) experience ( MUST HAVE ) Epic PB maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and optimization experience Epic PB build experience ( Build is Required ) Strong understanding of Professional Billing, Claims, and Revenue Cycle workflows Desired Skills: Multi-site ambulatory healthcare experience Epic optimization and workflow improvement experience Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support Epic Resolute PB maintenance, configuration, testing, and optimization activities Perform Epic PB build, enhancement, and optimization work Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, service requests, and enhancement requests Collaborate with operational and revenue cycle teams to improve workflows and system functionality Participate in upgrades, testing, documentation, and ongoing application support Work independently while partnering with a larger Epic Professional Billing team
