Role Description The Executive Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy across the organization’s portfolio. This position oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market analysis, concept development, prioritization, and roadmap management for solutions that support organic farming and sustainable agriculture. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product teams, aligning product initiatives with organizational goals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery. The role also involves monitoring product performance, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement, and representing product priorities in executive discussions and external partnerships.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to define vision, roadmap, and portfolio priorities. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, user feedback, and performance metrics for informed decision-making. Proven experience in Product Development, including requirements definition, testing, and iterative improvement. Effective Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities to collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and external partners. Significant experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally within agriculture, sustainability, or related sectors. Ability to operate successfully in a remote, distributed environment, managing teams across locations and time zones. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. Relevant advanced degree (e.g., in Business, Product Management, Agriculture, or related field) is preferred.
