About brighthush and the Telechat Volunteer Opportunity
brighthush is a pioneering humanitarian organisation that has spent over two decades at the forefront of community support, emergency relief, and social inclusion. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a world where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. We do this by connecting people who feel isolated with caring, reliable volunteers who bring companionship, conversation, and a sense of belonging—all from the comfort of their own homes.
In line with this vision, we are launching a National Telechat Volunteer program that invites caring, dependable volunteers to become a lifeline for people across Australia. This initiative is part of our broader Nationwide Compassionate Care Initiative, which aims to connect volunteers with participants through secure, structured, and supportive telecommunication.
