Finance MDM Business Analyst / FP&A and Accounting SME
We’re Hiring: Finance MDM Business Analyst / FP&A and Accounting SME Location: USA – Remote Employment: Full-Time CentricaSoft is looking for an experienced FP&A / Accounting SME with Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to support requirements gathering, discovery, and business analysis for Finance MDM, with a focus on Cost Centers and General Ledger (GL) hierarchies. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate workshops to gather business and functional requirements. Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define and maintain Finance MDM data dictionaries for Cost Centers and GL Accounts/hierarchies. Document Cost Center lifecycle workflows in Reltio, including approvals and SAP integration. Define GL account synchronization from SAP to Reltio and FP&A-managed hierarchy processes. Establish business rules for data quality, hierarchy management, approvals, and ownership. Collaborate with Finance, SAP, and MDM teams on requirements, design reviews, and testing. Required Skills: Strong FP&A / Accounting domain knowledge, particularly Cost Centers, GL Accounts, and financial hierarchies. Experience with Finance MDM, preferably Reltio. Good understanding of SAP Finance and master data integration. Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
