Volunteer Medical Coordinator - Remote Have veterinary or animal-rescue experience and want to help rescue dogs and cats from home? PupStarz Rescue is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer to support our medical inbox. You'll help coordinate veterinary appointments, request and organize medical records, follow up with fosters, and respond to routine questions using established guidance. We're especially interested in current or former veterinary receptionists/client-service representatives, veterinary assistants, veterinary technicians, and experienced rescue medical coordinators. This is a coordination and administrative role, not an independent medical-advice role. Clinical questions and treatment decisions are escalated to the designated medical lead/veterinarian. Proposed commitment: 3-5 hours per week, with agreed check-in windows and a minimum six-month commitment. Training and ongoing support provided.
