Financial Systems Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a critical link between Finance, business operations, and technology, translating financial and operational requirements into scalable system solutions while ensuring data integrity and supporting continuous improvement of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Finance applications and business processes, partnering with IT to resolve production issues and ensure data integrity Develop and maintain business requirement documents and process flows to align IT development with business needs Collaborate with Platform Owners and Product Managers to translate business requirements into user stories and facilitate backlog grooming sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5 - 10 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven organization 5+ years of experience in operational accounting and as an SAP Finance key user Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases Understanding of Agile frameworks and experience managing multiple concurrent projects Experience: 5 years required
