General Manager

Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of Quantum Grupo Inmobiliario. Day-to-day tasks include managing business performance, setting operational goals, and ensuring alignment with the company’s real estate portfolio strategy. The General Manager will supervise cross-functional teams, coordinate project timelines, and monitor budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. This role will also involve developing and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The person in this position is expected to foster a collaborative culture, support continuous process enhancement, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in real estate, property management, or related industries, with responsibility for operations, budgeting, and business development. Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, including the ability to delegate, mentor, and build cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in strategic planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making to guide projects and organizational priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present information clearly, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Comfort with digital tools and remote work platforms, including productivity suites, project management software, and virtual communication tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in real estate or management are an advantage. Fluency in Spanish and English, or strong multilingual capabilities, is highly beneficial for coordinating with diverse clients and partners.
