To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Director will manage funnel optimization, product-led marketing orchestration, and conversion rate optimization while leading a team of marketers in a data-driven environment. Key responsibilities Build and execute a systematic framework to identify and optimize high-leverage friction points across the customer journey Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketers, shifting focus towards structured, data-informed campaigns Establish clear attribution models and leverage marketing tools to create automated user journeys based on behavior Required qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Product Growth within B2B SaaS Proven track record of transforming legacy marketing strategies into modern, data-driven growth engines Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing execution-focused marketers Experience with Product-Led Growth mechanics and sales-assisted marketing strategies Proficiency in CRM/Automation tools and product analytics platforms Experience: 5 years required
