Inside Sales Specialist (Remote – Mexico) – Bilingual English/Spanish – Home Care Intake

Location: Remote, Mexico (Apploi branch location: San Antonio, TX)

Right at Home South Texas is hiring a full-time remote Inside Sales Specialist based in Mexico to be the first voice for families looking for in-home care in San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas.

Many of our families are bilingual — your English and Spanish will both be used every day.

What you'll do:

- Call up to 100 leads per day (new inquiries + follow-ups) by phone, text and email — first call within minutes of a lead arriving

- Listen first: understand the care need, the hours needed, the town, and who makes the decision

- Confirm the payment source: private pay, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance

- Book in-home assessments for our Care Director and Growth Director to close, and own reminder + no-show follow-up

- Reactivate older leads who inquired and went quiet

- Document every call, text and email in our systems the same day, and report your numbers daily

Pay: $900 USD/month base + $50 USD for every assessment you book that turns into a signed client. Top performers earn well above base — your income grows with the clients you help start.

You need:

- Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident phone presence with U.S. families) and fluent Spanish

- Inside sales, call-center, intake or appointment-setting experience — healthcare or U.S. customers a plus

- Comfort with high call volume and daily targets; you like a scoreboard

- Your own computer, headset, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet

- Availability during U.S. Central (Texas) business hours, full-time
