Remote Lead Intake & Sales Specialist – High-Volume Calling – Home Care (Mexico / Philippines)

Location: Remote, Mexico or Philippines (Apploi branch location: San Antonio, TX)

Do you love the phone, a clear target, and pay that rises with your results? Right at Home South Texas is hiring one full-time Remote Lead Intake & Sales Specialist to own our lead follow-up for San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas.

The job in one line: call, text and email ~100 leads a day, understand what each family needs, confirm they can pay (private pay, VA, or long-term care insurance), and book the assessment our local directors close.

What you'll do:

- Speed wins: first call within minutes of a new lead arriving; relentless, kind follow-up until every lead is booked or closed out

- Qualify needs, hours, geography and decision-maker on every call

- Book assessments for James (Care Director) and Shema (Growth Director); confirm the day before; recover no-shows

- Work the older-lead list between new leads — reactivated families count the same

- Log everything in our CRM the same day and report dials, contacts, bookings and starts daily

Pay: $900 USD/month base + $50 USD for every assessment you book that turns into a signed client. No cap on the per-client bonus.

You need:

- Excellent English, spoken and written — confident and warm with American families on the phone

- Proven phone sales / appointment-setting experience and comfort with ~100 calls/day

- Full-time availability on U.S. Central hours; reliable computer, headset, internet and quiet workspace

- You are competitive, organised and honest about your numbers

2. What is the most outbound calls you've made in a day, and what were you selling/booking?

3. Are you comfortable with pay that is base + per-client bonus, where the bonus depends on assessments that actually sign?
