Job Opening: Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – Financials Location: Remote Duration: 2+ Months Start Date: November 16, 2026 Working Hours: 40 hours per week (EST time zone) Experience Level: Junior-Level (3–4 Years) Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Oracle Fusion Business Analyst specializing in Financials to support day-to-day Finance workstream activities during a planned coverage period. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, testing, defect tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role is suited for a hands-on Business Analyst who can maintain trackers, coordinate with stakeholders, manage open items, and ensure continuity of ongoing Finance activities.
Responsibilities
Maintain test case libraries, track test execution, and follow defects through closure. Prepare test scripts, work instructions, and training documentation for review by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Serve as the day-to-day coordination point between the Finance team and implementation consultants. Support data conversion reconciliation and UAT preparation. Maintain project trackers, monitor open items, and provide regular status updates. Coordinate knowledge transfer, stakeholder introductions, system access, and required training. Ensure a smooth handover of outstanding items, documentation, and status updates at the end of the engagement. Qualifications 3–4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Cash Management Subledger Accounting Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management. Experience working in a publicly traded company's SOX-controlled environment. Strong documentation, coordination, tracking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and support EST working hours. Preferred Skills Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry. Familiarity with Smartsheet.
