Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches. Engage in case consultations and continuing education. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively when needed. Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon. Experience in mental health care and client treatment planning.
