Position: Consulting Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training Type: Contract Compensation: $65/hour Location: Remote Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19 Commitment: 21 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Develop workspaces and files to simulate real consulting environments.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work in Germany.
- Evaluate and train AI agents on realistic professional tasks.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in management or strategy consulting.
- Native or fluent in German.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
- Experience with strategy, operations, and restructuring work for clients in Germany/DACH, including Mittelstand and industrial clients.
