Market Associate (Remote - Central and Eastern Time)

Role Description The Market Associate (Remote - Central and Eastern Time) is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting MP Infratech’s business development and market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients and projects, tracking relevant tenders and opportunities, and maintaining an organized database of leads. The Market Associate will assist in preparing basic marketing materials and presentations, coordinating online meetings, and supporting communication with stakeholders during Central and Eastern Time hours. This role also involves monitoring industry trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and providing regular reports to management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Strong research and analysis skills for identifying market opportunities and tracking industry trends. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and online meeting platforms). Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time across Central and Eastern Time zones, and handle multiple tasks. Basic understanding of infrastructure, construction, or related sectors is preferred. Prior experience in marketing, sales support, business development, or market research is beneficial. Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
