Microsoft Dynamics Financial Business Analyst
Finance Business Analyst Video Interview Long Term Contract We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Business Analyst to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation, with a particular focus on Finance and Treasury processes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse existing processes, design future-state solutions and support the configuration and implementation of the ERP system. This is not a general Business Analyst position. We require someone who combines strong business analysis capabilities with practical ERP implementation and configuration experience. Previous D365 F&O experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates with strong implementation and configuration experience across other major ERP platforms will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Engage with senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Conduct As-Is/To-Be process mapping, fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement. Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and ERP configurations. Take a hands-on role in configuring Finance and Treasury functionality within the ERP system. Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions. Support system testing, UAT, data migration and implementation activities. Support the integration and standardisation of financial systems and processes across business entities, including newly acquired businesses. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst or ERP Finance Functional Consultant. Demonstrable hands-on ERP configuration experience – essential. Strong understanding of core Finance and Treasury processes. Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and translating them into functional ERP solutions. Proven experience with As-Is/To-Be process mapping, fit-gap analysis and system design. Experience delivering ERP implementations or finance transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills. Desirable Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong Treasury knowledge, including cash management, banking and intercompany transactions. Experience supporting M&A activity, post-acquisition integrations or finance system consolidation. Experience working in complex, multi-entity or international organisations.
