Ohio Commercial Title Examiner (Remote)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in title searching and analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of commercial property titles. Conduct thorough title searches for commercial properties in Ohio to identify any potential issues or discrepancies. Analyze and interpret legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and easements, to determine the current status of property titles. Review and verify accuracy and completeness of title reports, including chain of title, tax information, and liens. Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other team members to provide updates, answer questions, and address any concerns. Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to resolve any title defects or issues that may arise. Utilize various software and databases to research and compile information related to property titles. Maintain organized and accurate records of all title searches and reports. Stay current with industry trends, laws, and regulations related to commercial property titles. Work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
