Operations Manager, AI Enablement

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Manager, AI Enablement will support R&D and Engineering teams by improving internal AI tools, managing operational metrics, and identifying practical AI opportunities to enhance workflows and processes. Key responsibilities Support the Director of Operations in tracking operational KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing AI solutions Facilitate the rollout and adoption of AI tools across teams, providing necessary training and support Map and enhance core operational processes, identifying areas for automation and AI integration Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in business operations, R&D or engineering operations, analytics, or AI enablement Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve business workflows and reporting Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams to translate operational needs into solutions Proficiency in using operational data for meaningful reporting and process improvements Experience: 5 years required
