Paid SPED Platform Review: Case Managers & Compliance Leaders (Remote, Fixed-Price)
Streamline is a special education documentation and IEP platform used by school districts across the U.S. We're paying experienced SPED professionals to put our platform through real work and tell us, bluntly, where it falls short. We're hiring for two tracks. Tell us which one fits you when you apply. TRACK 1: PRACTITIONER REVIEWER (about 6 hours over 7 days) The question you answer: Can you do your job in this tool, faster than in the one you use now? - Work through scripted scenarios: evaluation, initial IEP, progress monitoring, and a few of reevaluation, transition, discipline, transfers and Section 504 - Time each scenario and note every workaround: anything you'd have to finish on paper, in a PDF, in a spreadsheet or by email - Tell us how it compares to the system you use now - Deliver a structured findings template You're a fit if you work now, or did in the last 3 years, as a SPED case manager, teacher, IEP/ARD facilitator, diagnostician or related-service provider in a U.S. public school, and you write IEPs and evaluation paperwork hands-on. TRACK 2: COMPLIANCE REVIEWER (about 10 hours over 10 days) The question you answer: Would these documents survive a state file review or a due process hearing? - Work every scripted scenario, including discipline and manifestation determination - Score the documents against a structured compliance checklist, with your state's requirements layered on federal IDEA and Section 504 - Review the admin and oversight views the way a director would: timelines, caseloads and compliance status - Deliver a findings report with regulatory citations You're a fit if you're a current or former SPED director, coordinator, compliance monitor, state monitoring staff member or due process consultant, and you've helped a district respond to state monitoring findings or a due process complaint. BOTH TRACKS - Test account with a fictional caseload. No real student data, ever. - Short self-guided onboarding, then a 60-minute live training with our team - 45-minute recorded debrief to walk us through your top issues - Remote, on your own schedule apart from the training and debrief - Paid in two milestones: most at start, the rest when your findings and debrief are done - Confidentiality terms signed before you get access We're especially looking for reviewers in Texas, Alaska, Montana and Wyoming, and we welcome applicants from every state. Every reviewer tests against federal requirements plus their own state's rules. The most useful thing you can give us is direct, specific feedback. "I'd never use this for X, and here's why" beats a polite review every time.
