We emphasize conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and building students' confidence. Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic educator to join our growing tutoring team. The ideal candidate enjoys working individually with students, explains challenging concepts clearly, and is interested in developing professionally as our company expands. This position is especially well-suited for an aspiring or early-career educator who values mentorship and individualized instruction.

Responsibilities

Provide engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions in mathematics and physics. Support students in subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, and high school Physics. Adapt instruction to individual student needs and learning styles. Help students develop problem-solving skills and confidence. Communicate professionally and maintain reliable scheduling. Prepare appropriately for scheduled sessions. QualificationsStrong knowledge of both high school mathematics and physics is required. Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Strong communication, organization, and technology skills. Reliable internet connection and suitable remote teaching environment. Must reside and perform all work in Pennsylvania. Teaching certification, education coursework, or previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required. Ability to support AP-level coursework is a plus.
