Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable Pega applications using Pega best practices. Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to the development team. Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Develop and maintain Pega rules, workflows, case management, integrations, and UI components. Ensure application performance, quality, security, and scalability. Required Skills: Strong experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture. Pega CSSA or LSA certification is preferred/required. Experience with Case Management, Data Pages, Integration, Decisioning, and Pega Rules. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
