SAP Cutover Lead

Job Title: SAP Cutover Lead Job Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Interview Mode: 2 Video Interviews The SAP Cutover Lead will work closely with functional leads, technical teams, infrastructure teams, data migration teams, testing teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure all cutover activities are planned, validated, and executed within the approved deployment window. This role requires strong SAP implementation experience, expertise in cutover strategy and governance, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage critical go-live activities under tight timelines. Required Technical Skills and Experience · Extensive experience in SAP implementation, transformation, deployment, or migration programs, with a strong focus on cutover management. · Proven experience leading end-to-end cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization. · Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and SAP Activate, including deployment preparation and transition to production. · Hands-on experience developing and managing detailed cutover plans, execution schedules, task trackers, dependency matrices, and readiness dashboards. · Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical workstreams, including SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other relevant modules. · Experience coordinating SAP Basis, infrastructure, security, integration, transport management, data migration, and application deployment activities. · Experience managing data migration cutover, reconciliation, validation, and business sign-off activities. · Proven ability to lead mock cutovers and use rehearsal results to improve production deployment readiness. · Experience managing go/no-go checkpoints, executive readiness reviews, critical issue escalations, and deployment decisions. · Strong understanding of rollback planning, contingency management, production readiness, and business continuity. · Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and locations. · Strong communication, leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
