Principal AI Strategist

Operating as a lead strategist, the full-time Principal AI Strategist will guide customers through their AI transformation journey by driving AI roadmapping, governance advisory, and organizational change management planning, while working flexibly or remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop AI roadmaps to facilitate customer adoption and utilization of AI products across the ServiceNow platform Lead AI value discovery conversations with customers, articulating business outcomes and building cases for continued AI investment Collaborate with AI Architects to deliver integrated service offerings, ensuring alignment between business objectives and AI solutions Required qualifications: 5 years of experience as a consultant in software or technology industries 5 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform 3+ years of experience with multiple AI tools and large language models (LLMs) Proven ability to drive business alignment and value conversations independently Experience in organizational change management planning for AI initiatives Experience: 10 years required
