About the Role

Quest Global is seeking a Supplier Quality professional for a remote position involving extensive travel to supplier sites, including locations in the Phoenix, Arizona area. In this role, you will ensure suppliers meet established quality standards, identify performance gaps, and drive improvements across supplier operations. You will develop recovery plans, implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and analyze quality data to strengthen supplier performance and maintain compliance with quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure suppliers meet established quality standards and requirements. Develop and implement recovery plans to address supplier quality issues. Establish and implement quality control (QC) processes. Conduct supplier inspections and evaluate compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality data to identify performance trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supplier networks. Travel to supplier sites to assess quality performance and support corrective actions. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of audit experience. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to evaluate quality performance, identify issues, and support improvement initiatives. Location and Work Arrangement Remote position with travel of up to 90% to supplier sites. Travel includes supplier locations in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
