Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Owning label compliance and regulatory clearance for a growing product portfolio, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist will ensure that all products meet FDA dietary supplement and food labeling requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Review product labels and packaging for compliance with FDA regulations and ensure all claims are substantiated Coordinate regulatory clearance for new product launches and maintain channel-specific compliance for retailer and e-commerce listings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory compliance into product workflows and monitor relevant regulatory developments Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field 3-5 years of regulatory experience at a consumer brand or dietary supplement company Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement and food labeling regulations Experience with Amazon Seller Central compliance and retail channel regulatory requirements Familiarity with GRAS requirements for functional ingredients in food and beverage applications is a plus Experience: 3 years required
