As a contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule (subject to 24/7 coverage requirements) and the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. You’ll receive competitive pay, paid certification, and performance incentives that reward your dedication and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Coordination: Make proactive calls to service providers (towing companies, medical transport, legal representatives) to arrange on‑scene assistance and secure vehicle release.
- Inbound Support: Answer customer calls, gather incident details, and initiate new service requests.
- Callback Management: Handle follow‑up calls from customers, client representatives, and third‑party service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Real‑Time Updates: Provide customers with timely status updates on assistance already in progress, including ETA, service provider contact information, and any changes to the plan.
- Data Accuracy: Log all interactions, service details, and customer feedback into our CRM system with precision and confidentiality.
- Compliance & Quality: Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions and share insights on process enhancements or customer pain points.
Essential Qualifications
- U.S. residency in an approved state (eligible for 1099 contractor status).
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection (Ethernet preferred).
- Windows 11 laptop or desktop with a USB headset.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, empathetic demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic data entry.
- Ability to pass an online assessment and a standard background check.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, after completing certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or accident assistance roles.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, vehicle recovery, or emergency medical services.
- Experience with telephony platforms and call‑routing systems.
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, etc.) to serve a diverse customer base.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Skills & Competencies for Success
- Customer‑Centric Mindset: Passion for helping people in stressful situations.
- Organizational Excellence: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.

- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑moving environment with evolving processes and customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with remote teammates, supervisors, and external partners.
