Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xplor Technologies provides vertical software, embedded payments, and AI-powered capabilities for service-based and membership-based businesses. The Account Executive will join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team to sell payment processing solutions, educate business owners, close deals, and build a portfolio of accounts through independent, field-based sales.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training
Skills
- • Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

- Location : You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region

- • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
