[Remote] Account Executive (REMOTE with Travel To DMV)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paladin Consulting is hiring an Account Executive to generate and close new business for MSP, IT, and healthcare offerings. The role owns the full sales process, manages recurring-revenue quotas and sales pipelines, develops customer and partner relationships, and travels within the DMV region for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generating new opportunities on your own, independent of leads provided by Marketing
• The ability to navigate gatekeepers, and have experience selling to the C-Suite
• Responsible for managing the entire sales process including lead generation, qualification, presentation, contract negotiation, and closure
• Achieve Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) quotas which are measured on a monthly basis
• Focus on pursuit of opportunities within the ICP while maintaining minimum MRR requirements
• Use Hubspot to prospect and qualify leads while meeting expected KPIs with respect to calls, appointments, and email activity
• Use a consultative approach to prospecting, qualifying and developing new relationships with businesses
• Understand customer needs and requirements through the use of Question-Based Selling methodology
• Develop and maintain thorough understanding of Company's existing and future offerings
• Leverage and maintain relationships with third party providers for the purposes of lead sourcing and relationship development
• Maintain opportunities within Salesforce with respect to values, sales stages, probabilities, close dates, and next steps
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, as needed, for larger presentations and proposals such as RFIs, RFP, etc
• Travel within a 100 mile radius for the purposes of maximizing in person discoveries
• Travel, as needed, to other Company locations or events upon request

Skills

• Five or more years of direct selling experience
• At least 1 year of experience in selling MSP, MSSP, or other IT products based on a recurring revenue model
• Demonstrated track record as an independent, top-performing hunter and closer who exceeds revenue goals
• BA/BS Degree is preferred
