Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Posh develops AI customer support solutions for financial institutions. The Account Executive will sell Posh’s AI products to community banks and credit unions, managing the full new-business sales cycle from pipeline generation through close and handoff.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed an annual new business quota, selling nationally to institutions in our community segment
- Sell Posh's AI products into clearly scoped problems, matching the solution to the institution's most pressing need
- Run discovery using SPICED to qualify pipeline and tailor engagement
- Deliver business cases, ROI analysis, and proposals that link Posh's AI products to prospect needs and strategic priorities
- Orchestrate deals and manage stakeholders throughout the sales motion, through handoff to implementations and client success
- Self-source pipeline through outbound, in partnership with Business Development
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Track record of high deal volume and consistent quota attainment on faster sales cycles
- Experience selling into community or mid-market accounts
- Strong outbound instincts and a track record of building your own pipeline
- Consultative seller with strong discovery and business case development skills
- Fluent in a structured qualification framework (we run SPICED)
- Comfortable leading conversations with executives at community banks and credit unions
- Resourceful, coachable, and highly driven to win
- AI or financial technology
- Preferably financial institutions
