[Remote] Account Manager, Personal Lines

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Partners Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to guide clients on personal insurance coverage and provide responsive account service. The role manages policy changes, renewals, and day-to-day servicing to support client retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Personal Lines client accounts
• Review coverage and identify potential gaps and exposures
• Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Partner with carrier representatives to support client needs
• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation

Skills

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• 5+ years of Account Manager experience in insurance
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and policies
• Ability to build trusted client and carrier relationships
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Independent agency experience
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients' insurance needs
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems
• A consultative approach to coverage reviews and client service
• Industry designation(s) or ongoing professional development
