[Remote] Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A State Farm agent is hiring a licensed Property/Casualty Account Representative for a part-time, remote role. The representative sells and services personal insurance products, recommends coverage through needs-based conversations, follows up on sales opportunities, and maintains customer records while meeting sales expectations.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service personal lines products, including auto and homeowners insurance
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage options
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Accurately document activity and maintain customer records
• Meet individual sales activity and production expectations

Skills

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Prior experience selling auto and home insurance
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a part-time schedule effectively
