[Remote] Account Servicing Specialist II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Foundation Finance Company, LLC is hiring an Account Servicing Specialist II to assess and resolve past-due accounts in accordance with company policy. The role handles advanced collection transactions, customer calls and payments, hardship relief options, and support for escalations and less-senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and research delinquent accounts to determine best course of resolution and perform outbound calls on past due customer accounts in efforts to resolve delinquency
• Processes over the phone payments, including credit card transactions, utilizing company resources to achieve one-call resolutions
• Provide relief options to customers encountering hardships in accordance with company policies and practices
• Proficiently relay information to customers relating to interest, statements, and other account questions
• Assist with overflow calls including (but not limited to) disputes, recovery, first pay, and bankruptcy calls
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to less senior team members
• Authorize and decisions accounts
• Support management and senior team members with escalated calls, workload assignments, and manager coverage in the absence of management
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• High school diploma and minimum 2 years' relevant applicable experience
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
• Strong typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably in account servicing or collections
